  1. Eligibility – Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  2. Non-returnable Items – Gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

  3. Refunds – Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and sent to the original payment method only—no exceptions.

  4. Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including but not limited to shipping labels and supplies.

  3. Delivery Estimates – Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days; international orders may take 7–30 business days.

  4. Carriers – We use USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx for all deliveries.

  5. Tracking – A tracking link is provided once your order ships. If you cannot locate your tracking information, please email support@shopanior.com.
