What each commitment means

Sensitive Scalp Construction. Soft, breathable caps engineered for bare and tender scalps — comfort is validated before aesthetics are finalized.
Texture Matching. From silky straight through 4C coils, matched to the texture you know as yours. Women of color are not an afterthought here; texture is our founding craft.
Private Consultation. Complimentary, confidential, discovery-first, recommendation-last — with a written summary and no closing script, ever.
Insurance Documentation. A complete packet with every prosthesis, and the honest truth alongside it: your insurer decides coverage; we prepare everything so you can pursue it.
Custom Fit. Measured, adjusted, and remade-first if anything falls short of standard. We do not discount you into accepting a defect.
Lifetime Support. 48-hour, 2-week, and 3-month check-ins, care guidance, maintenance, and a team that remembers you — through regrowth and back again if that's your road.
